This policy explains how this website (ganlbaz.com) and Ganlbaz Automation (“the app”), a personal automation tool run by Ganaelle Elbaz on her own self-hosted n8n server, handle data, including data obtained through Google APIs.
Who uses the app
The app is used only by its owner, with her own Google account. It is not available to the public and does not access anyone else’s data.
Data accessed
- Gmail: the app reads emails with the label “Job-offers” in the owner’s mailbox and marks them as read after processing.
- Google Sheets: the app reads and writes rows in a spreadsheet owned by the owner, to keep a list of job offers.
How data is used
Email content is used only to extract and evaluate job offers for the owner. To do this, the relevant text is sent to the Anthropic API (Claude) for analysis, and a short summary is sent to the owner’s own Telegram account. Results are stored in the owner’s Google Sheet.
Storage and sharing
Data is processed on the owner’s private server. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anyone other than the services listed above, which are needed for the app to work. Authentication tokens are stored encrypted on the server.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Ganlbaz Automation’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
